Z1 Upgraded Throttle Bodies

Z1 Upgraded Z32 throttle body set for 1990-1995 300ZX . New CNC machined housings.

Pair of aluminum CNC machined throttle bodies complete with butterflies, shafts, and stops designed to fit directly on to a Z32 upper plenum and utilize all the stock linkage, hardware, and TPS with no modification.

Set Includes:

(2) Z1 Throttle Bodies
(2) Throttle Body to Plenum Gaskets made to the correct size
(2) complete sets of new plastic throttle linkage spacers (10 pieces in all)
EGR and PRVR ports come with EPDM vacuum caps over the ports.

58mm diameter butterfly vs 50mm diameter stock butterfly
Improved throttle response
Dyno tests show power gains throughout the power band, gains increase with power output.
Direct bolt on application (simply grind out inside of upper intake plenum to match larger opening)
Great fitment with standard 2.5" I.D. coupler or hoses
Pressure tested to 40 psi
Coolant passages on bottom side have been eliminated
EGR and PRVR ports still in place (can simply be capped if these systems are no longer in place)

Forget the Stanza and 240sx throttle bodies that require many hours of cutting, welding, and fabrication to fit the Z32. These throttle bodies were designed to fit the bolt pattern of the stock Z32 upper plenum. Just simply grind out the inside of the upper plenum to match the size of the Z1 Throttle bodies and bolt on. All the springs, spacers, stops, and TPS are a direct fit onto the shafts of the Z1 Throttle bodies.

These new upgraded throttle body sets made specifically for the the Z32 are not available anywhere other than Z1 Motorsports.

Stock intake hoses will not fit over these throttle bodies, you must use an aftermarket hose or coupler with a larger ID. Couplers on Z1 and most aftermarket hardpipe kits or silicone throttle body hoses will fit over these throttle bodies with some lubrication and persuasion. As an option below you may now choose to add custom sized larger Z1 Silicone Intake Hoses as an option with your Z1 Upgraded Throttle Bodies.

Matte / Chrome / Polished

Choose between bead blasted aluminum matte finish to match the stock intake plenum, polished aluminum, or chrome plated as an inexpensive option. If choosing the chrome plated option, be advised that we do not advertise or guarantee flawless quality of the chrome plating. We offer it as an inexpensive option that does provide a brilliant maintenance free shine.
